Currently, you can get in touch with Allstate's customer service or your local agent for help reviewing your policy. You can also log into your Allstate account online or through the app to look up your policy coverage.

Retrieving Your Policy Coverage Documents Online
  1. Visit Allstate.com and click on the My Account drop-down menu located on the upper right-hand side.
  2. Enter your user ID and password and click on the blue sign-in button.
  3. Once in your account dashboard, look for the Documents menu, it may be a tab or located on the left side of the screen.

  1. Download the App for iPhone or Android. Open it and enter your user ID and password if this is your first time using the app.
