Customers can make purchases using their e-gift card or physical gift card either online or in person. Use the following steps to pay using your Chick-fil-A gift card.

Using Your Chick-fil-A Gift Card Online

Many customers use the Chick-fil-A app because it streamlines the ordering process, making it easier to buy and pick up food. You can use the app to place orders using your digital or physical Chick-fil-A gift card.

1. Download the Chick-fil-A app from the Google store if you don't already have it.

2. Use the app to find Chick-fil-A restaurants near you.

3. Choose a restaurant and place your order from the menu options.

4. Enter your preferred payment method. There is a Chick-fil-A gift card option you can select. Choose it and enter the numbers printed on your digital or physical gift card.

5. Schedule your pickup time and submit your order.

If you run into any snags during this process, you can always contact Chick-fil-A for support.

Using Your Chick-fil-A Gift Card in Person

Of course, it's easy to pay in person at Chick-fil-A using your gift card. If you're paying with the physical card, you will simply hand over the card to the cashier. However, if you are paying with your digital gift card, you will need to pull up the digital card on your smartphone and present it to the cashier.

Currently, the company's website does not have a balance checker to check the balance of your gift card if you aren't sure of its amount. A restaurant cashier can provide you with this information. Otherwise, you must contact support to find out your card's available balance. Also, if you load it into the app as you would when making a purchase via the app, you can see the card's balance there.
