How do I track an order with PoshMark?

Ordering clothes is exciting. Well what do you do if you can't wait for your Poshmark delivery? You track it! Here's how to do so.

Poshmark is the leading online marketplace for clothing, shoes and fashion accessories in the United States. Users can set up an account on the site and list the items in the closet they want to put up for sale.

The site has over 25 million items from over 500- brands so you are assured to find something regardless of your taste. All you have to do to sell items on the app is take a picture of the item you would like to sell, give it an accurate description, set the price and you are good to go.

Sales on Poshmark are considered final once they are shipped. It is of paramount importance that you are able to track your order because if it does not arrive, you will have to initiate a refund process that can be quite cumbersome.

Tracking your order

To track an order with Poshmark, you first have to ascertain that the order has indeed been shipped. To check the status of your order follow this process:

  1. Open the Poshmark website or mobile app
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click the 'My Account' tab
  4. Go to 'My Purchases'
  5. Select the order that you want to track and click it. You should see the order status.

If the order status shows that the item has not been shipped, contact the seller by going to the item's listing and leaving a comment.

If the order status remains unshipped for 7 more days, you should cancel your order and get a full refund through the following process:

  1. Open the Poshmark website or mobile app
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click the 'My Account' tab
  4. Go to 'My Purchases'
  5. Click 'Problems/Order Inquiry'
  6. Select 'Delayed Order' and proceed to cancel the order

If your order is still not shipped after 21 days, and the order has not been cancelled by the seller, Poshmark will automatically cancel the order.

If your order has been marked as delivered but did not arrive, you can report the seller through the following process:

  1. Open the Poshmark website or mobile app
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click the 'My Account' tab
  4. Go to 'My Purchases'
  5. Click 'Problems/Order Inquiry'
  6. Select 'Order not delivered' and you will be prompted to file a report by Poshmark.

If your order status is delivered and has not yet arrived, you can track the order by asking the seller for the tracking number and the carrier they used to ship the package. Go to the carrier's website and input the tracking number to track the order. You should see its exact location.

If you cannot track your order at all, you should contact Poshmark immediately and report it. You can do this through the following avenues:

You can send Poshmark a message through their website. To track an order through the website, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Poshmark website
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Contact Us'
  4. On the contact page you can initiate a live chat through the button labeled ' Hit us up.' You can also click 'Visit Support Center' and you will be directed to a page where you can send Poshmark a message
  5. Fill in the necessary details.
  6. In the category section, click the arrow and from the drop down menu click 'Tracking or Delivery Problem' and when you are done click 'Submit' to send the message.

Email

Another option to track an order is to send Poshmark a direct email and you will receive a response in 20 hours. You can find the email support address on GetHuman.
