What Happens If You Cancel the Service?

If you cancel your account, it will be impossible to make free phone calls, send free text messages or use free data. Your account may be canceled if you are no longer eligible for Lifeline service. If that happens, you have the choice of reapplying for service when you are eligible for Lifeline.

If your phone is lost or stolen while being transported to you, your lost minutes and phone will be replaced as a courtesy.

If you do not activate a new Mobile Device or let Q LINK know that you found your device in 45 days or less, your account may be canceled.
